All purchases, including but not limited to subscriptions, one-time fees, upgrades, add-ons, and digital features, are
final and non-refundable. Once access to Room Ready Pro is granted,
no refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued for any reason.
Trial Period & Evaluation
If Room Ready Pro offers a free trial or demo period, this is provided so users can fully evaluate the app before committing to a paid plan. It is the user’s responsibility to test the platform during this period.
Refunds will not be granted after a trial ends or after a paid subscription begins.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. However:Cancellation
does not result in a refund for any current or past billing period.
Access will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.
No Exceptions
Refunds will
not be provided for:Lack of use or dissatisfaction after purchase
User error or misunderstanding of features
Failure to cancel before a renewal date
Technical issues caused by user devices, internet providers, or third-party services
Changes to features, pricing, or app structure
Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
Chargebacks & Disputes
